We help older adults and others receive practical support at home while giving families a clearer way to understand, organize, and manage care over time.
We focus on the things a responsible home-care company can control: setting honest expectations, communicating clearly, building a deep community of Care Professionals, planning thoughtfully, and responding when circumstances change.
Care Professionals provide the everyday assistance that makes the service possible. Client Care Coordinators complete or coordinate home-care assessments, work closely with our Care Professional recruiting and placement team, and help keep the service organized as needs change. Northline’s broader Administrative and Scheduling team provides support and coverage. A dedicated nurse may participate when clinical knowledge or nursing judgment is appropriate.
